  • this. is. wonderful!

  • @MrDustyrobin Same. The encouraging part, I started classical guitar two days ago but have played electric for 3 years now. Have fun learning :)

  • beautiful arpeggio ! thanks ;)

  • Awesome!

  • I love this :)

Im a late starter at 55 years old, but listening to your playing encourages me to practise thank you Michael

  • Perfect and beautiful...

  • There's no alternate tuning, but a lot of open strings. If you like I'll send you the music (score).

    Best wishes Michael

  • Question:

Do you have it set to an alternate tuning? It looks like you play alot of open strings. Curious minds want to know!

    :)

  • Bravissimo!

  • WOW!! I was literally "BLOWN-AWAY!!!"

That piece took some serious-time to learn! And the best thing is... you played it with such feeling and it didn't seem like a bunch of memorized notes!

    LOVED it Bro!

  • Awesome-o!

  • Masterfull. Made me feel the Mediterrianian air, and colours, birds flying in the wind, joyousness~~~

  • sounds really nice good job the arpeggios are well done aswell :D i like it :D

  • GREAT!!!!!!!

Could you please tell me if you have notes for this one?

  • I quite like this one. I like the informal presentation. I like the lighting (a lot better than other vids) and I like the playing better.

As this is a study, this is probably a practice piece, and your familiarity with it shows.

The flow is very nice for the first couple of minutes. You can tell that you are getting fatigued through the last minute and a half and there's a tricky bit in there where things get a bit muddy in the arpeggios, but I still think it's very good overall.

  • are there any tabs for this? this is awsome

  • Unfortunately no! But thanks for your interest in my music.

    regrads Michael

  • u should really tab this, its amazing

  • I thought it must be the sound (Klange) of something or other... ... A river makes perfect sense - there must be some swiftly flowing currents in that river!

  • Michael Erni gets a "Listzian wall-of-sound" out of the guitar in this romantic piece. Excellent close ups of the right hand.

Only one question remains: what is the English translation of "Aareklänge"?

  • Sounds of the Aar

  • Of course, that makes perfect sense. Thanks.
