  • Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky was born in Votkinsk, a small town in present-day Udmurtia, formerly province of Vyatka in the Russian Empire, to a family with a long line of military service. His father, Ilya Petrovich Tchaikovsky, was an engineer of Ukrainian descent who served as a lieutenant colonel in the Department of Mines[4] and manager of the famed Kamsko-Votkinsk Ironworks.[5] His grandfather, Petro Fedorovych Chaika, emigrated from Nikolaevka (near Poltava).

  • 2 people need to get whacked in the face with a baseball bat, curb stomped and then get boiled alive. And then after that, they need to have their right arm ever so slowly get sawed off with a chainsaw, then have it get cut up and then have them eat it. After they eat their right arm, we will take their children, boil THEM alive into human stew, and have these 2 people eat their own children and then drink their tears after they're all collected in the cup that was held underneath their eyes.

  • @letsride84

Malak, I have nothing to do with the following:

    1) people "flipping off" at you

    Namely, I haven't written a comment here.

    2) deleting your comments

Namely, you are deleting your own comments, as the web page plainly says, "Comment removed by author."

  • i was talkin about everyone else and you deleted my comments. and if you noticed they were sayin crap just about my statements. But nevermind just i dont want people mad at me about saying anything so im just going to delete all of my comments now.

  • who cares? his music is good and he was a genius thats all that matters.

i mean im sure its true, but who cares? its notl ike the fact that he's gay changes anyone perspective of him, unless your prejudice.

  • Comment removed

  • I didn't know you were gay. >(

  • Criticizing great people like him by their sexuality is just supid.

  • Tchaikovsky is one of my biggest heros.

  • 4:09 - 4:22 einfach wunderschön...

  • my favorite!! 7:10

  • Love 7:27.

  • So THAT'S why the maid from The Hard Nut was so fierce.

  • Dance of the sugar plum fairy gives me the creeps... it's soooo creepy and mysterious. i love it !! ^^

  • YES. Christmas is not complete until you've heard at least these two songs.

And I will love this conductor forever for drawing out the last few notes in the Waltz of the Flowers, rather than rushing through them as too many conductors tend to do. It's just not as satisfying and dramatic without that heart stopping "DA da da DA DAAAAAAH...."

Tchaikovsky FTW. ^^ Merry Christmas, and thanks for posting!
