Portland Police sure do spend a lot of money on cars, and none on catching the crooks, I can name SEVERAL criminals the police have failed to serve and protect Portland from, Several that have been reported while the portland police sit on their ass. I guess I should expect this from the guys who shot a 12 year old girl point blank in the face with a beanbag gun, if you're on the beat, you better be doing your job, not jeopardizing public safety by treating muggers like upstanding citizens.
