I love these goats :) I didn't think I'd like goats so much until I went to visit my boyfriends family. They raise these and some other kinds of goats, so I got to meet a lot of babies.. They're so sweet!
Seeing The first baby sucking on your fingers reminds me of my bottlefed nubian mix baby sucking on my mom's fingers. She's over a year old now and she still sometimes sucks on my mom's fingers. I think she is reminising.( Sorry can't spell =P) P.S These babies are so cute. I really want a Lamancha kid!!! =D
@JUKIO01 lol! no we're not going to eat those babies because they are female...they are milking goats. We did eat one of our bucks from last year though. Only the females survive in the goat world.
Those are some wonderful goats and it looks like they are going to have a great life in your care. By the way, what is the soundtrack we are listening to? It sounds very nice.

LaMancha's have very tiny to no external ears. It's one of the many loveable qualities that they have. :)

@gokory no, we don't keep bucks...the milk tastes gamey if you have bucks around. We just take them to another farm to breed them.

They are LaMancha goats. I really love this breed. They're very loving...especially when bottle-fed

my morning today: wake up, make a lot of bottles of milk, feed them to about 10 baby goats, while my husband milked a goat (which I can't do).

haha sounds like fun! we have 6 goats right now...3 are the babies and 2 are milkers. We'll have one more milker by next year.
