If you put the same driver in both cars STOCK...the G will win. The Altima is FWD and the G is RWD and that in itself should make a huge difference for a drag AND a track race (seeing as they have the same engine). If the cars are not stock then there is no comparison.

I got it because I have so much fun driving it and it make me feel alive. Like I said we all should be buying whatever make us happy if we could afford it. For my next ride I want the 2011 Nissan GT-R, it went from 0-60 in 2.8 to 3.0s, google it for prove.

This is interesting because I smoke 3.5 Altima sedans/coupes in my M45 Sport, but my friends 06 6MT G35 Coupe w/ the VQ35HR is equal to my car. Keep in mind, the 2003-2004 G35's have the less powerful VQ35DE, but that's irrelevant because you won solely because you jumped. The Altima isn't even better than the new Accord coupe let alone a G. Earlier G35 coupes are slow - really, in general, most G coupes aren't that fast - didn't get quicker until the more recent G37-Sport.

Altima SE-R, while FWD, was still 0-60 in about 5.5 - same as a G35 - and the Altima Coupe 3.5 is supposed to be about the same, sometimes a little faster.
