You'll want to see my straddle planche then! Compared to what is in the video you'll be surprised! I mean, yeah it takes a bit of strength to lower down, but I was balancing on my elbows - the cheating method! I am training to be able to do it with straight arms, and even push ups like that!
Of all the totally amazing things you do on this video the handstand and lowering to the horizontal located at 0:35 - 0:42 in the video is an incredible strength feat. I am soooooo impressed.
