For lighting I have found out that if u use daylight energy saver bulb it will be a lot better for your lighting just a suggestion. That out of the way I am going to get the black one thank u for this video.

they have 4 options for recording video

1.UXP for Maximum quality about 4-5hrs of recording

2.XP for High quality about 6-7hrs of recording

3.SP for Standard quality about 9-10hrs of recording

4.EP for long recording about 24hrs of recording
