Well today's pop culture SUCKS! And the writers are ruining the series. I understand the importance of plot, but a butload of internet media references and relationship and gender jokes ruins the episodes and makes it seem like a glamorized commercial FOX convention where they over-promote things for no good reason. Whatever happened to plots with sappy endings like in season 3 or quick cartoonish gags like in Treehouse of Horrors IV, instead of a The Office Parody or angry monster housewives.
