If this is a trend in many countries i.e 3rd world then urban drift must stop.To compare a child out making a living in the dumps & a child tha has it all is one of extreme!! Wheres the dignity for the 'have nots'? At the very least they too need to be respected and given some space to deal with their issues and not be overly exposed as such.
