I have a quick question , I have been doing pull ups, dips , pushups for about 6 weeks now however i'm extremely sore after workouts which makes it hard to be consisent but i still fight through it and get a work out in but I definiitely pay a price in pain is that normal ?. your response is appreciated .
@nashmedina do you do only calisthenics or do you train with weights too? i trained with weights for years but have been a really long hiatus. was planning on training with bodyweight mostly like 90% for 6 months or so, wondering how much i can expect with gains.

@nashmedina Have you ever gotten elbow pain from doing muscle ups? I seem to get it a lot. I'm not sure if I'm flairing my elbows out too far to the sides, coming down from the bar too quickly, or locking out too hard on top above the bar. Any ideas? Thanks

@maadd100 It's more about getting your sets in consistantly. Pull ups, dips, push ups, crunches, muscle ups doing it consistanly everyday to build up your reps. Eventually if your consistent and you keep pushing your self your body will develop your existing and untaped muscles. You will then be able to progress accordingly. Rememeber.....it's always about the basics and never stop doing them.
@nashmedina no worries mate,atm i workout consistantly and incorporate things like dips, pushups and chin ups in my tricep, back and pec routines, do you recommend that itd be better to dot hem everyday rather then every second day?
