Drake has always been super hyper, and talks a *LOT* especially in public appearances.
This dates back to the 80's when we first met him.. Its just who he is.
I think the implications being made are out of line IMO.
Anyone who knows even a little about Drake knows what a health y person he is.

actually, i follow Drake and i think he seemed a little more enthusiastic than usual. Not saying he was on drugs or anything but he seemed a little more hyper than usual.

Usually he is tempered by Dee in interviews. Without her, he's just bouncing off the walls! I think she kept him calmed down somewhat.
