Brazil's tax system and all the problems is like driving a car with the hand brake ON. and the country is already heading to become the 5th largest economy in the globe. Imagine if they start to fix the problems...LOL
Why would it be mercy for high interest rate?? The whole economy is base on growth nature resource. At the same time it is smart to have high interest rate to promote saving, and reduce inflation.
