This looks fake to me. That program probably just calculates a fake total and displays some text on the screen. I would be impressed if you actually wrote a program that did communicate with domino's web server to place an order. Considering this is on windows and you can see the system tray, it doesn't even look like that computer is connected to the internet.

Domino's Pizza has a section of their site where you can register, and whenever you want pizza, you can order it from there.

I am assuming this is a command-line interface with the website. So you use the software to put your order in, and it relays the order information to the website.
