@pinochet222 You do understand that people PAYED a lot of money to learn something your getting to watch for free. Stop bitching! This was not about how to program in C++. I learned a lot of useful things from these lectures. If you haven't noticed technology is pushing computers to be much smaller and compact. Meaning less memory to work with. What you learn here effects ALL programming languages and I hope they take these off before you realize the value of them.
look, douchebag, I wanted to learn about the STL, and this lecture has had the potential, but the time constraint killed it ... I'm not saying these are bad, but they should definitely let this guy talk a lot more next time!
"and I hope they take these off before you realize the value of them"
what the fuck is wrong with people? go fucking kill yourself!
@pinochet222 the course is not about the STL of C++. It's about how to solve problems. You can Google the STL and learn are you need to know in like 2 hours.
guys the course name is programming abstraction not c++ it was about the concepts of programming data structures and algorithms it is sad not to see Julie in here lol

Another great CS class that help every serious programmer
And nice job by keith tying C++ taught in this class to professional standard C++ and STL.
I'm going to look over his CS106L notes on his site: keithschwarz. com/ cs106l
I see future stanford CS professor in keith future
Also I noticed he uses dell -- whereas julie and mehran are both Mac folks. ;-)

@dacherx Mehran was using a PC in the first lectures. He then switched to mac.

I went back and checked out Lecture 26 ... they should have given much more time this nigger to teach c++, instead of that bullshit, IMO
