Thanks for the tutorial! Just learned the false mess. (feels great! ) and Mikes mess, plus the concept of active twos. I also like the bumps; I'll definitely add that to my kissy ball routine! 26-29 are my favs.
@biohazardyipi the f.... mill mess? do you mean the false mills mess? I have a tutorial that explains that. on my other channel, user/JugglingTricks and the video is called 'how to juggle the traffic light'
AMAZING!! I actually went to one of Jon Udry's 423 variation workshops at BJC which covered a lot of the stuff here. I can't do most of it though, haha.
@AsafAlkobi I've never heard anyone call it an "ape throw" ..I gave it that name because it's easier than saying "under-opposite-armpit and around-the-body throw" I'm not really sure what other people call it...
I'm going to eventually make a tutorial that covers several body throws all in one video. someday...
great work Steve but 29 seemed a bit like a 531 variation or not? Still completely sick how many variations of this 423 there are and we dont even notice that they are 423 patterns (Ape Throws ae cool)
@kzSoUlFaThEr Pattern 29 is 423. It looks like 531 because the 3 ball is carried underneath the 4 and the 2, reaching the mid-line of Steve's body as they peak. So the 42 looks like a 53 and the 3 looks like a 1. Both 423 and 531 have the tower effect to begin with.
Also, watch the balls. Steve is using 3 different colors which makes this easier. Notice that the yellow and pink balls never switch hands, but stay in their own orbits of 4s and 2s, which is a characteristic of 423.
Variations of 423, on 4/23, that I finished watching at 4:23, lol. Great juggling Steve! Another great example of the limitless possibilities of juggling.
gracias,me sirve de mucho.

@thegoheads I've only ever heard of it as an active 2. Swedish juggler Pontus Uggla calls it a "backcross 2". Catchy, I think.

I watched the WHOLE vid and liked the last three or four tricks best! Cool show-off/insttructional combo vid.
