It doesn't actually install anything; the website itself contains code that uses your computer as a Bot-Attacker as long as the website is in browser memory. You'll notice your PC might run a lot slower while using the site, that's one clue by itself.
I've taken to spending the extra time finding MP3s on safer websites, as it's not worth risking my PC's security just for a more effortless solution. Learn from me.
