at first, I made a goal this summer saying "I will be kind of good at free running." I am not fat, but I really don't have mussles, so I asked my brother my goal to help me out. He's on the rowing team and all he said was,

"Welsh don't look good running."

I tried running some laps around the house, and I could only do 3. This is going to be a LONG summer!

wow... if you can't do this you have no hope. i wanted to learn oh to tic tac from wall to wall. this isn't exactly much of a lesson. plus, this guy's so called speed vault is flawed. well his landing is anyway. and the kong vault is a cat vault. and the kong to cat is an aerial grab preceded by a cat vault. the diving kong vault he got right. i gotta try double kong, looks sweet. everything else he was spot on with.

youre landing is wrong, knees should never been more then 90° and ures are by landing nearly 120°
