En mi opinión, humilde opinión, tu eres quien está confundido/a. Esto es danza oriental - muy buena - y la realiza un hombre, un bailarín, como consecuencia: es danza oriental masculina. Y DE GRAN CALIDAD.
I don't like it. Yes, he has the technique but I feel something strange when I see a man dancing like a woman (and a woman dancing like a man). Bellydancing is more beautiful performed by women (and I am not saying that all women bellydance well).
By seeing this video, I don't care if the dancer is a man or a woman. I just see a very good dancer. I could say if his/her dance is amazing, boring, sweet or poweful.
I wonder if we have here an erroneous idea about what raqs sharqui means.

Esto no es danza oriental másculina, Parece un espectaculo de travestismo, no por eso es menos interesante, pero no hay que confundir al publico

Fahd Kayali is ABSOLUTELY the best dancer, the first male dancing in Spain, and the best all around the world. My admiration for his great work.
