This game is okay on warrior, but on mentor it really starts getting hard when the easy enemy ninja are tech ninjas and the later hard enemies are the Incindiary Shuriken/Explosive Arrow/Mage demon ninjas.

I watched another gameplay; "Boss fight 2 chapter 2" or something; How is it possible that they change the name of Ryu's father? And for that matter; change it to an even more stupid and lame name. His original name is Ken Hayabusa, not Jim as they say here, and why does Ryu's father look more like a buffed american than a long trained Japanese Ninja warrior.

BTW: People should stop play this game dubbed to english. It's horrible! To get the right feeling, play with Japanese voice with ENG sub!

I disagree, haven't you ever played an MMORPG of some sort, and the people called dibs on bosses? It also allows a difficulty curve to be easily implemented in the game, as well as awesome item drops and xp rates.

Ninja Gaiden 2 is probably the best and most bloodiest hack en slash game there is. If they would combine this concept with a 3rd person shooter and cram it into a mmorpg (which pc's will be able to handle in 5 years i hope) man i`ll never leave my home again :P

ninja gaiden sigma 2 is really the same as ninja gaiden 2, except that they let you play as other characters and they alter some of the levels and other little details, like the gore. the story is the exact same.

I can't speak for this game, but the previous one on the Xbox just didn't get old. Thing is, these videos make it look like an easy game, but you could see the things going through one's mind while playing, it'd be much different. You have such a vast variety of enemies and a huge library of moves to choose from any any given situation, every battle becomes a tactical problem you have to solve. And you have a tenth of a second to do it before losing half your health to a vicious enemy combo.

only the black spider ninja clan use guns. the closest thing to a gun ryu uses is the gatling spear gun which is cranked and can only be used under water. trust me this game is everything you would expect from a ninja fighting game

From this trailer u can't really tell.... but believe me if this game is anything like NG 1...then there's a lot more to it than just killing, figuring out where to go and what to do is also very important. I loved the first and finished it with no guide...hahahaha (had to make maps of my own at times to see where to go sometimes...) but anyway don't be put off by this trailer cause all u c is killing. There's much more to it than just that.

Wow... he sure zips around a lot... This seems like one of those games where the enemies like to sit fifty feet away and launch projectiles while you try to massacre their friends as fast as possible so that you can get to their projectile-spewing selfs and rinse/lather/repeat them to death.
