i just wanted to give you an update. i followed your steps and have noticed significantly less hair falling out when i comb, brush, or run my fingers thru it. i have eczema so my scalp/hair dries out daily and now i grease less. i made a few adjustments, i use the cholesterol/ginseng conditioner instead of placenta (b/c i can't find it)and before i grease my scalp 2x a week, i use doo gro triple strength grow lotion (for moisture and shine)

since my mom is the only one that does my hair, i trim it when she makes me, because i hate trimming it. really i trim it maybe 3 times a year, which is bad. but as for breakage the only thing i would suggest (becuz i'm not a professional) is using the flat iron less.

You can wrap your sponge rollers with a satin material. If not wrapped the sponge rollers absorbs the oils in your hair. Wrap your hair hair with a satin wrap. It keeps your hair silky and healthy. Your looks great but thought you should know. Also NEVER use cotton on your hair it absorbs everything out of your hair.

yea i saw ur video. u have beautiful hair. but the main problem i have with wrapping my hair is the ends. ur hair is shorter so its easier, but my ends give me trouble.

girllll, i know i said i was gonna get my hair done, but after this video i thought i could wait it out 2 weeks longer cuz i have spring break and thats the time i'll be going home...but anyway i was gonna go home and get my hair done this past sat. but i waited like i said...and my hair flipped the script on me! lol i woke up monday morning needing a perm...badly lol idk what to do cuz i dont feel like travelin back n forth this weekend when i'll be home for a week in two weeks

Don't worry about it. The more videos you do and the more you are aware of it the less incline you will say it in the future. everybody always tells me that because by then they have about 1 inch of growth. for years my mother would tell me only to do it every 4 to 6 months. but now that i do it myself i do it more often but wanted to make sure i wasn't over processing. lol. thanks!
