  • 1:07 and 1:10 you are look gorgeous!

  • OK, I just don't get it. Why do some people believe they need to change what in all reality doesn't need to be changed? You were ridiculously beautiful before. Still ridiculously beautiful after. I can see a small difference after, sure, but to me the health risk is not worth it. HOWEVER, this all comes down to does it make YOU feel better about yourself, right? I know people that have had procedures and it made them feel better so why not, it's just not for me, but boy do I need some, LOL.

  • Ouch! That bloke was friendzoned for life =P

Before or after, bother very pretty and not extremely different either. As long as you're happy.

  • you look stunning, before and after :)

  • the day after your surgery you looked like you had just gotten back from a date with chris brown....OUCH!!!

  • To each his/her own, beauty is in the eye of the beholder as they say.....for me..I liked you as you were before, equally stunning however. Moreover in this video you let true beauty shine, your inner beauty, very admirable to show the world this.

  • i thot u were pretty b4 the op.. its 2 different faces.. anyway u r pretty nw too... put sm pleasant pics taken after op... tc

  • You look great in all the pictures honestly. Definitely a hot chick no matter how you look at it. We need some pictures post surgery of you in sexy clothes like the pre surgery pictures. You should also do some side by side pictures so we can really see the difference because it's harder for me to tell much difference at all really.

  • I honestly think you were beautiful before. I hope you are pleased with the results because you really don;t need anything else done. YOU ARE GORGEOUS THE WAY YOU ARE :))

  • honestly you looked really great pre op... now you still look great, but... i dunno.. maybe it's the different hairstyle thing... my face gets chubby when I drink alcohol but if I take a few days off and drink lots of water the swelling always goes down.... what is rhinoplasty? i dunno... don't think you need that stuff.... just opinion, good videos

  • I try not to be superficial, but a girl with a big pointy or hook nose is a deal breaker for me. Your nose is perfect now, congrats you look amazing :)

  • your nose looks good. it matches your side profile perfectly. It doesn't need to be more pointed. Your surgeon did a fantastic job! Be careful with plastic surgery; it can be addicting.

  • I am not really sure what you did but I like both versions. :)

  • I'm a guy who never got any female attention and would love to have surgery because I'm not very attractive. But you WERE attractive enough that men had to be hitting on you constantly. I think your surgery was unnecessary. I mean, lots of money to change yourself for what goal exactly? I can understand someone like me having surgery with the goal of not being lonely/more sexy. But you didn't need it. You were a "10" before surgery and just look like a different kind of "10" afterwards.

  • Well I guess it'd be more worthwhile for a woman like her, not someone who is seen as fat and ugly. Kind of like putting new tires and rims on a beat up old truck?

  • Both commendable and admirable to put yourself out there in an honest and open manner

  • @AJAMESNY Thank you. It's nice to hear some positive feedback amongst all the constant negative. Happy new year!

  • Hi! Great result with the nose. No offence, it just the practical suggestion: the symmetry of you face changed. You have shorter nose and now the distance between you nose ans lip became significantly bigger and your upper lip looks very thin and small, which wasn't really a case when you had longer nose. Take a look at this procedure... LIP LIFT I'm going to it myself as well :) I think it will give you more balanced and younger look. Take care!

  • very beautiful girl, regardless of these operations she'd look good. IMO she doesnt need/ shouldn't get any more operations done.

  • I just stumbled across your videos here. Curiosity and videos of an attractive woman woman are pretty much why I poked around deeper. I cringed when I saw the immediate post op photos though. They looked painful. You look great either way though, but when everything is said and done you're the only person who can say if it was a good move for you. Good to see you had an otherwise positive experience with the surgery.

  • When someone is a beautiful woman, they are a beautiful woman, you are a beautiful woman.

I wish you all the greatest joys in life.

  • If I looked at the b4 and after pics, I woulld say you were two different girls. Both very beautiful in their own right. Initially I thought you were prettier b4 with a happier smile. But I have to take into consideration your pre-op pics are taken when you are actually out and about having fun with people u love and ur face is reflecting that happiness. Whereas your post op pics are very staged/clinical. Post some more pics out'n'about for true comparison. Thx for sharing, brave move x x

  • @Urwinful Thanks. I will post more out and about pictures when I take them.

  • Actually, the fat grafting gives you a more youthful look.

It's not important what others think. It's how it makes you feel.If you didn't tell anyone about your surgery they may never know you had anything done. But you can see the positive difference:)

  • @MadWeiner Thanks. Yes, I agree. My opinion is the only one that matters.

  • @MadWeiner I agree, but I thought you were equally gorgeous beforehand. Not to criticize your decision, especially since you probably know this anyway.

  • My goodness girl! You were beautiful as you were! Why on earth would you spend your hard earned on money on plastic surgery!? Your nose was SO cute before. There are so many people in this world who must get MANDATORY surgery to save their lives (traumatic brain injury, cancer just to name a few). I can see why you did it. Our flaws seem bigger to us. I wish you had someone to shake you and tell you you were beautiful as you were. It hurts to see what you have done to yourself!

  • @LightsMyLife Even thought you might not see why she did this surgery, it really is up to her. If she's not happy with something we can't really tell her otherwise. I do believe she looks pretty both before and after :)

  • U were beautiful befor but the surgery made u look even prettier

  • I just ran across this when I was trying to find a good moisturizer and I have to say I was shocked when i seen that you had surgery. You were so pretty and beautiful just the way you were. But I understand that everyone sees their own flaws much more than others see them. Anywhoo, just had to say that I thought you were very beautiful even before your surgery. But of course you still are. :) Just my opinion....

  • @83mistyleeann Thanks.

  • @dermlover1 - i have a question about the skin grafting..it appears your whole face was done & its lovely..does it hurt? how much does it cost? do you know of any good doctors in central florida? thanks..ps this is my first time writing anyone so not sure if i'm doing it correctly. 1313 mcbride

  • sorry but you look older after

  • @reiniervanbergen I guess that's because I am older.....

  • Hia! I think you look a lot younger since the operation :) You're beautiful both before and after! I think you look so radiant on the before pictures though, your smile just seems so genuine :) A curious question though, has the area between your upper lip and your nose become "longer" since the surgery? I don't know, I get that feeling when I look at the before and after, like your smile doesn't "pull up" as much anymore or something?

    Love your channel! <3

  • @Xynne Hmmm, I am not really sure if that area has gotten longer. I assume it must appear longer since my tip does not drop down as much anymore. Your not the first person to tell me that. My mom said something similar. To be honest, I have never really analyzed that part. I think your right though.

  • @dermlover1 Ahh ofcourse that makes perfect sense :) I can see that now that you mention it! Your nose is supercute now though, so jealous!

  • @Xynne I know what you are trying to say. I think it's from the Rhinoplasty, it still needs time to heal. I had a nose job done and I remember my upper lip not moving for a year and you kinda have that more longer look from your lip not moving. It takes time to heal but then everything just kinda comes back together. Btw, Dermlover I think you are very beautiful and don't need anymore facial surgery. If your concern is skin then maybe make facial treatments as part of your skincare regime.

  • Thanx for taking the time to respond. And either way I think you look beautiful and you are very brave for posting your experiences here on youtube. Best wishes :)

  • @djmamis89 Thanks

  • Hey girly I'm a fan of ur videos! I'm just curious, do you ever regret having those surgerys done to your face? You look great now but you were extremely beautiful before the surgerys.

  • @djmamis89 Yes, I sometimes do regret it. Other times I am glad about it. It just depends on what pictures I see from before contrasted to those from after. Sometimes I see a picture from before of my nose in a weird angle or something and I am glad I did it. On the other hand, when I see the pictures when I am wearing the green pants, I regret it. That's life I guess. I have to live with my decision. Thanks for liking my videos. I appreciate it. :)

  • why did you do it?

  • @Kurail Vanity I guess....
