thanks for this video. I had never thought about setting the device on to 1 and 0. this means I don't need to assign a button to turn an effect on/off as well as a fader to control the parameters.
this is awesome and i thank you for putting the video up but i have a question. How could i use this and not have the song keep playing on? Is there anyway to actually repeat the beat over and over and then pick back up in the song where i started the effect instead of a couple of seconds down the road?
@SimplisticSalvatioNI@SimplisticSalvatioNI Hi, this particular course is only 1 month long so there are no monthly payments. However for our longer courses you can pay monthly. Get in touch with our course advisors on luke [at] pointblanklondon [dot] com if you want to find out more about your payment options. Hope that helps,
would this be a good amount or would I need new plugins ? Plus I only use Cubase and my main goal is to better understand how to make my music sound clean full bright before mastering ! on top of that I want to learn more about my plugins . And better understanding of Song creation . Every time I try to make trance it never sounds right to me .
@SimplisticSalvatioNI All of our courses are taught in the box (as in using the VSTs that come bundled with the DAW) so you certainly have enough to take a course at Point Blank. In general we encourage students not to buy lots of new VSTs until they have really mastered the ones they already have. To many options can be daunting and have an adverse effect on your creativity. All the courses cover topics including mixing, structure and arrangement so they will suit your wishes.
@pointblankonlineCan you help me please? I have figured out how to use the beat repeat, but i want to program it on my trigger pad. I have an akai mpd26 and I want to do what skrillex does with his m'audio trigger finger when he plays live. I can't figure it out on how to set it up, plus when I plug it in, I cant find the trigger pad on ableton. I do search plugins and live devices, but nothing happens. can you help me please?
