  • Very articulate piece

  • Corey's words about being in love with your music over being in love with your scene...I'll keep that in mind forever.

  • Who dare dislike this???????????????

  • "chop me in half and look" OMG that is the spirit Slipknot :D \m/

  • Tbh, I think it was masks and coveralls that helped them become famous.

  • @MrAlbasaurus No real fan of slipknot loved them for that, so i dont think thats relevant.

  • @joeynyc321 He never said so. Read it again. The masks gave them attention and helped them get famous for sure. But that's not what slipknot is about.

  • @TempelriddarN I never said its not true, but if you're a true fan of slipknot the masks and coveralls should be the last thing on your mind. Who cares about the fame? its the music that counts.

  • @joeynyc321 You clearly didn't read my message... I'm not gonna bother conversating with some jerk who's not open minded enough to read the responses. You pretty much wrote what I did and proved your stupidity.

  • @TempelriddarN Lol "conversating".. yet you still have the audacity to say I'm stupid and not open minded. If I wasn't open minded i wouldn't be saying it's the music that counts rather than appearance. Btw go learn the english language.

  • @joeynyc321 Haha, you complain about my english because you have nothing else to say? Pathetic. You must be really dumb to not being able to read my responses. Besides, check the meaning of "open minded". MrAlbasaurus said the masks were a part of them getting famous. What the hell does that have to do with "real fans". And if they wouldn't be famous you probably would've never heard of them.

  • @TempelriddarN My point was you have no authority to call me stupid considering you are using words that don't exist.

  • @joeynyc321 And neither MrAlbasaurus or myself said that their appearance is more important that their music. Read before you criticize.

  • when Corey says all hope is gone that other woman is like oops it wasn't "all hope is good" lol

  • So fucking new it was gonna be snuff

  • "You have to allow yourself to branch out past those musical walls, you know. And a scene is nothing more than a wall with better clothing. That's all a scene is at the end of the day."

  • Knew he would say "Snuff", completely agree. Amazing song!!

  • @doogsmk13 omg me 2

  • hahaha clown!!

  • This is a very inspirational speech.

  • To much F words for oxford! You can see it on a face of the host... XD

  • Sid and Shawn present next to Stephanie !! Awesome !

  • Everybody needs to be an angry little boy sometimes.

  • what hes saying at 32-35 sec

  • the whole time im watchin this, chicken cow wow is playin in my head lol

  • Corey Explains the meaning of "30/30-150" on another Q & A type video on here somewhere. the meaning of it is indeed about his jeans.. 30 waist 30 Length.. and he weighed 150 lbs at some point in his life well.. that's is the jist of it anyway :P he also mentioned about how one of the music channels refused to play that video because they thought it was about the bullet asforementioned earlier.. and of course when he set them straight.. it was like.. "Ohh .. ok.." LOL

  • refreshing to see a person that is not very impacted by his own success. Keep at it Corey!

  • That goofy guy with his mouth open at 6:38 ....thats Clowns son hahaha Thanks Gage for an amazing photo moment

  • I was there.

Wise words from a man who's always striving to be better.

    Very inspirational.

  • COREY YOU ARE THE BEST!

  • If I was there I would have asked him what 30/30-150 actually means.

  • @drumgroovy They talked about that on the show "Mad Genius" on the Fuse Network. this was specific to Corey Taylor. Some roadie for Stone Sour, I think it was asked Corey what it meant and it was corey's length/weight and weight at the time he wrote the song. It's a metaphor for him saying fuck you in the song.

  • @ConnorxNxKC Length/width*

  • @ConnorxNxKC it was the director for 30/30 150, not a roadie haha

  • @KatalyzedSaint ha I couldn't remember who the hell it was. Thanks man.

  • @ConnorxNxKC See that's the thing, I've done quite a bit of research on this and that comes up as one of the theories... except that that was his measurements in high school, not at the time he wrote the song. Some say it's a rifle caliber and there's a theory that says that it's code for total nuclear devastation or something. So I would have loved to hear it from The Great Big Mouth himself.

  • @drumgroovy The guy in the vid said he asked Corey about it because he usually talks to him about the meaning behind the songs Corey writes. Maybe Corey was referring back to high school but also he may be that size when he wrote that. he's really not a big guy. I'm a 30/32 and 150 pounds and not far off than him.

  • @ConnorxNxKC he usually talks to him about song meanings? how he is able to talk with corey.

  • @nomidasavahid I can't really remember but this guy works with Corey and his bands and asked him one day about the meaning of 30/30-150. It's in the show

  • @ConnorxNxKC I believe its in the Mad Genius documentary

  • @ThePretarius No it's not included in the Mad Genius documentary... As far as I know there is only one release of MG about Corey....

  • @ConnorxNxKC

It's his measurements from high school. The song reflects back on how he was treated then and how he 'remembers'. It's along those lines anyway. Im sure there is more depth to it.

  • great stuff !

  • Really looking forward to part 4 :)

  • Corey Taylor is simply the greatest man alive, and my biggest inspiration by far!

  • @ScreamingRule I completely agree. Corey Taylor is the one person I would love to meet someday and just talk all day long

  • corey i just love your way of thinking

  • does anyone know what band that guy was in??

  • @Glowsticks1000

If you're talking Corey, it's Slipknot and Stone Sour. But the guy at first looks a lot like Steven Wilson.

  • @MrStotts I think he means the fella who asks him about being attached to a scene

  • @EviscerationK Yeah, I figured he did lol

  • the pink gril.. i was thinking she mouth was open

  • didnt know there was a part three cool
