Excellent point about Franz Ferdinand, hehe! I have always thought Gavrilo Princip (not Hitler, Stalin or Mao) was the most influential person of the 20th century. Had he not fired that bullet, there may not have been WW1, which would mean no Soviet Union, no Nazi Germany, no WW2, and that means no Cold War, and there may not be radical Islam today. The Europeans may not have had to give up their colonies. America may not have been a superpower....
