Our parrot has not only sayed "bless you" he also copied the hole sneezing process

you know like: inhaling, "achoo!" with proper head movement and then blessing himself.

he even copied snorting or coughing

That is sooo sweet! Mine makes alike connections too. When he sees the phone he does the ringtone and when you give him a kiss he makes a kissing noise and so on... They're so amazing and o so cute! :P

Yes, he decided to do my part of the sneeze and thankyou after he did his part of the bless you. I was in the other room or I would have blessed him back, I did not hear him sneeze, lol!

I love Tongo! How old is he? Have you had him since he was a baby? My grey Poe will sneeze, it's sooo funny, cause his little head will go forward, just like a human. We say bless you to him when he does it, but so far he hasn't said it to us!

We adopted Tongo when he was one. He did not talk then, but when he started it was like the flood gates opened up. He seems to add words to his vocabulary weekly.

I've been around a lot of African Greys and their intelligence & ability to learn things never ceases to amaze me. I thought I'd pretty much seen everything a Grey can do or say, but have to tell you - THIS takes the cake! Mimicking noises and talking is one thing (impressive on all accounts), but Tongo saying Bless You to your sneezing is positively the best thing I've ever seen a Grey do! I've watched all your videos of him and clearly, you struck the jackpot when you got this little guy!
