Hi I am a lvl 75 loremaster I have some questions if your still on the elendilmir server

can u give a new lore master some tips im currently lvl 15 on silverlode

@MrKryptonite55 start from level 10-about 20, 22, it is pretty hard to level them, because of low moral. they take of some pretty decent damage, you can get a new pet every other level. also if you want a to make a guard i can also give some tips on them i have a 55 guard as well.

@TheJtsherman i already have a lvl 10 guard on firefoot and not sure if i want to make a new one is there any way to transfer servers on f2p

@MrKryptonite55 1. i dont you can transfer charactors unless you pay im not sure. 2. when you hit lvl 20 and after you do all of you intro to skirmishes, keep repeating them over and over when you hit bout 24-28 go to lone-lands(after you purchased the QP) then those 2 things will give you some xp real fast.

How are you able to have big and slimey as your pet because I'm only able to use the simple animals like a bear, raven, lynx and various other felines?

@shadowlugia234 yes, I still play, my name is iinferno now (remember, 2 i's), I renamed a bit ago. I also have a warden: Dongramorthil, and on creepside I have a reaver named ivillkillu.

LMs dont even do CC that much anymore. i dont at least.only thing i do in instances is give out power

i play wow and the lore master alot like the hunter in wow but i must say i like lotro better

@poopskum12 Really? The only resemblance I see between a Wow Hunter and a Lotro Lore Master is the pet and it's a very weak pet at that. :D Hunters in both games are much more heavily DPS and easily soloable. The Lore Master is a support class clothy hybrid. Not really a healer or a dpser - best description is probably crowd control, but not great there either, at least at lower levels.

@ValthirusSilverthor Hey man, short answer: yes but it's nothing like cod long answer: it's not a shooter like CoD, it's an rpg so there's less (but still plenty of) killing but it won't be what you're used to, try it out on f2p, I play on elendilmir (US client) shoot me a tell if you decide to play there :)

is there such a skill like in the rts game (like bfme2) where the wiz can use word of power? on the lore master :O

@65sa Yes and No, Word of Power insta skills ememies and NO classes have a skill that GARUNTEES a one-shot kill, loremasters DO however have a skill that is a full AoE(Area of Effect, means it hits more then one target) that can hit for 4,000 plus, about half a persons health depending on class.

@Dongraman yes, well lore-master it's like warloock. they can have demons summoning, but depends on what talents you go :D in my opinion.. play with every class and chose what you like:D

@Marllonee I have never played WoW, so I cant say for sure, its the closest to a wizard type class, it does CC and debuffs, also has pets, and can do decent dps, I dont know anything about the warlock

loremaster is more of a mix between hunter cuz pet and a mage type char

@Marllonee go hunter for first time they have great ranged dps (go elven thier better at it) i had one just to learn the game and i mastered it in a few days

@knightace2002 I agree. Either that or a warden. I have both and love em. The warden takes a lot of damage and keeps on ticking along.

@MiraMcB yeah woo boy those guys can take damage like no tommorrow but the description says "Frontline combat" so i would assume that lol but yeah that too esspecially for those that suck as a hunter like they said in an review of the game on xplay and all them if ur not getting the most out of the game ur probably playing the wrong class

@knightace2002 I think there is a lot of truth to that. Some folks are just naturally more comfortable with one class over another. I could say that part of my dissatisfaction with the Lore Master is that I just don't "get" where they were going with the design of the skill set for this class. I keep playing her because, before I realized the deficits, I made her a key crafter and now have too much invested in her to delete. :-D Maybe it will get better at higher levels.

@MiraMcB yeah it should just wait 'till later when u get to use swords and summon eagles with the legendary traits as well as some pretty useful and powerful spells lore and staff "moves" and all that can't wait to reach to the lvls of those with mine lol and so is mine i put it as a scholar trying to get enough for another slot so i can make my rune-keeper and jeweller
