Did you change your gas pressures at all? Normally propane requires a higher pressures (in inches of water column) I just converted a natural gas furnace to propane this week and had to change the gas pressure from 3.5"w.c. to 11" w.c.
Looks perfect to me. I've had my maytag converted from ng to lpg running for approx 4 years. the yellow tips to the flames are a result of dust from your laundry so don't panic.
haaa I am in the same boat as you. Just did a ng to lpg on a stove and wondering if a complete blue flame is the goal. Me thinks it is supposed to be totally blue but thought that a little research through YouTube might help. Hope you get things ironed out.
looks a inch down on water column
