sub-prime borrowers are too blame aswell as the banks! if you can't pay back a mortgage you shouldn't be trying to get a loan in the first place..simple as that. what did they think was going to happen? borrowers aswell as lenders need to be held accountable.

What we are seeing is a money pump used to deprive people from their properties. In other words, exchanging worthless paper (or not even paper but digital data) for houses (real, valuable things).
