  • please dont say its raga yaman ... obviously you dont know what a raga means ...

  • Nice man!

  • ...great..

  • Your playing style matches that with Steve Vai. Nice and soothing music!! Cheers!

  • you must give steve vai guitar lessons

  • Innovative

  • Nice playing.Thanks

  • is it standard tuning?

  • Dear friend it is just a simple cheap zoom 505.

  • @roshanguitar

Hi there, can you please list the patch settings in Zoom 505, i have that effect box but not able to set something like the sitar sound. Thanks!

  • @roshanguitar ARE YOU PLAYNG THIS RAAG IN D ? REPLY THANKS! :)

  • can u pls give us the patch ...details

  • awesome man....can u plz provide ur processor setting patch for this particular playing.....

  • It strangely enough reminds me of some of the notes of choice Zappa would commonly us for his solo's. Great job, never mind the clean tone, the post is for electric guitar, the distortion gives it nice body and depth!

  • Can you play this without distortion and that fuzzy effect? You played well, but I think that Indian Raagas are too sweet to be effective this way.

  • I hear lots of shrill string noise in between. It is not as pleasent as in traditional instruments though you played well.

  • beautiful

  • AWESOME ...plz play some other raags

  • Brother that was amazing.. Can you please post tabs, notes or something..

  • @Ajs00 hahhahaha tabbing hindustani solos, there would be no point.. in an alap the notes are all spaced very unevenly as there is no beat, so even if you had the frets youd have no idea how to put the notes together the way he did

  • @GatoradeIsNotJuice whats so funny.. your acting like i said a joke. Who cares about frets.. he is obviously playing various notes you puts.

  • Superb mate... All hail Respect for u bro!!!

    Keep it up!!!

  • hats off!!!!...u're great...m counting ur name with great guitarists like Joe Satriani, Yangwie Malmsteen...u're great man!!! Respect u

  • Nice..

I suggest you upload the same in 'Dynamycdesi'.It is a online talent contest site for people and gives an award to the 'Best Talent'.

  • ya, what tuning is used in raga ?

  • I use DADAAD

  • what tuning is that?

  • The scale is just lydian or major scale with the fourth raised. in indian classical music you must play only the 5 notes ascending and all the notes descending i. e. for c yaman you must play B min pent asc and c lydian descending

  • @roshanguitar you should put this information in the "description" on the video, its very useful. good work.
