@jcvp880 did you mean the queen's english? coz i can assure you that there are a lot of regional accents in britain. there's geordie, cockney and liverpudian to name a few. and of course they don't use their accents when they sing. coz when you sing you don't have an accent. i think the correct term for it is diction? by the way i am british so i know.

The only problem with Regine is this.. Super Nasal, then her vowels in the high parts are just awful.. AHHHHH EHHHHH IIIIHHHH OOOOHHHH UUUUHHH, its a technique actually to get those high part, if you have a good ear, remember Erik Santos' This is the Moment? "THES ES THE MOMENT..

No doubt that she SINGS the song faultlessly and I applaud her for it, still there's no emotion in it. I guess that's why I never heard of her before I found this video. She doesn't touch me. Great voice, faultless technique, beautiful woman, but the most essential part - for me - is missing.
