Yes he must have sworn an oath. He is now acting outside of his jurisdiction and assuming powers that the Constitution does not grant him. If he is has broken his Oath then he is out of Office and his vote could be null and void from the moment he broke that oath.

I am not a Conservative and I did not vote for the conservative party or for Harper. I do think though that we have to become global or be left behind. National sovernity is important to maintain but we have to think globally when it comes to things like security and trade. Protectionism does not help in the long run and leads to retaliation. Thinking globally wil improve the economy of all countries taking part including our own country. This is not conspiracy but common sense for the future.

In the best of all possible worlds, the thought of a new world order or a one world government may sound nice, however we are talking about handing over control to the very same people that have got us in this mess.
