  • CHUCK NORRIS FUCKS YOU ALLLLLLLLLLLLL

  • Read the comment on the top of this page

  • The song itself could be 8-bits. That could mean anything. However, this could not be played on the NES, which had 2 square wave channels, a triangle wave, a noise channel, and a sample channel.

  • @CODMarioWarfare Most audio in general is in 8-bit or 16-bit, and if you look at the wikipedia for the wii u, it comes out in july - december. no hate though

  • stop guessing what bits it is, my dad is a game designer, this is in fact 8 fricken bits

  • @kmpars My dad works at nintendo and he said that it isn't and that the Wii U is coming out next Wednesday

  • how do u make it "8bit"

  • @huchim1001 not like this.

  • I dont care how many bits this is ( it comes close to 8-bit) what ever it is it sound nostalgic, like the original is nostalgic for those who grew up with SUPER MARIO 64

  • i think it's π bits

  • this is obviously 9.1 bit, i would know, believe me

  • * Insert legit, totally not half-assed comment about how many bits it actually is*

  • this song is more techno than 8-bit in my opinion

  • @ToonLinkMaster18 lol, no not at all... all electronic music isn't techno, which is a subgenre of an even larger genre... -_-

  • @jaredqwerty knows his shit.

  • @ToonLinkMaster18 I would call it a chiptune more than anything.

    Why, you ask?

Coz, they would be [corny MW2 joke goes here]

  • 8 bit MY ASS!! the nes could only play 2 square notes at a time

  • @cheffington999 Exactly! ..what does that mean?

  • @mariosunshinefaan the nes only had 2 tracks playing at oence for music. basicly it means that the nes could only play 2 notes at oence. in this remix there are sometimes 3 or 4 at oence

  • @cheffington999 Yeah, I found out :)

  • plays this on nes

    5 seconds later.

"SON OF A BITCH! FIRE! FIRE! PUT THE FUCKING THING OUT!"

zoom in on the chard remains of your room and then the nes

the red light comes back on and song starts to play again.

    wheres my Emmy bitches? ;)

  • The NES sound chip sounds like it's going to blow up due to the awesomeness of this song.

  • @whereswario you do know a NES would not be able to play it like that..thier are just TOO MANY instruments for a NES to handle.the nes only has 4 instruments, while that sounds like 6 instruments.

  • @luigifan586 Can we just stop complaining about it not being 8-bit and just enjoy the fucking song, please?

  • I remember this level.

I keept fucking dying trying to get that last coin >_<

  • The NES would explode.

  • @StuckInADitch Dude, you need to plug the controller into the second controller port.

  • Woah... Wha... jee.. wha.. what??

  • @AkumajoDracuIa You heard me!

  • It's polyphonic. 8-Bit and polyphonic are different things.

  • @AkumajoDracuIa SO YOU LIKE TO PLAY CASTLEVANIA?!?!

  • Aaaaannnd another wannabe 8-bit track.

  • @najica1992 GXSCC is 8 bit...............

  • @StuckInADitch

Yeah, but I expected the famicom soundfont. Sounds much better.

Also, he stated that this is a "NES-style remix". This not what NES sounds like.

  • @najica1992 Ehh. I own a MSX2, so this is normal for me ha ha! I don't know, Famicom is def better than NES, but its hard to call between it and the MSX. but you are right, he did say NES.

  • GXSCC ISN'T 8 BIT!

  • @axlar1 it is..

  • @ShawnTchamppion UM NO IT ISN'T!

  • @axlar1 Yeah it is..........

  • @StuckInADitch It may sound similar, but in technical terms, no is isn't. I know what I'm talking about. Look it up idiot.

  • An excellent rendition if i can say so myself.

  • Forget about the number of sound channels. Why is the chord progression so off?

  • impossible to be 8 bit 3 square notes playing at oence

  • Wear me on your boobs!

    - BrentalFloss

  • It's the super happy fun slide of death!

  • It sure isn't 8 bit, but it sure sounds awesome

  • GXSCC. boooo

  • @TheZapzupNZ

It ain't 16-Bit either. Compare to SMW Intro Music.

  • lol @ all these people arguing exactly how many bits it is

  • @TheZapzupNZ

OK, Lets just stop now. Its 8-Bit. Enough said.

  • @TheZapzupNZ

I'm not really sure anymore...... Perhaps its 2 to the 3.5 Power or something. :l

  • @TheZapzupNZ

Its not 16-Bit yet, but more than 8-Bit. Has to be in the middle somewhere. 12-bit sounds right, about.

  • I can imagine this in the old times some kid like WHOA THIS MUSIC IS SO GOOD!!! WOW MOM LOOK AT THIS!! *BOOM* AHH!!

    ...wow i'm realy fucked up

  • @TheZapzupNZ yes there can!

  • @TheZapzupNZ

    Or can you?

  • gxscc=/=8 bit

  • no...

  • try again please.....not 8 bit :)

  • This is the best game ever made. What a true original concept.

  • aahaha i always loved the slide events! but srsly hard to handle on the edges haha

  • It's not a chiptune. It's just a midi. FTL

  • It sounds more. . . 16b.

  • I can hear the NES's sound chip melt right now.

  • fuck!

  • Super Mario 84!!! :D

  • the backbeat sounds a little 16-bit in the biggening, but this still kicks arse.

  • Super Mario Bros 4

  • wow great job, imagine if this were in the very first mario game!

  • Can I have the midi file?

  • NES 1 - 0 N64

  • @vgjr300 wrong! NES 0-1 N64 original always beat remixes. even the phony remixes

  • i ca nsee black dust from the NES's Sound chip :'D

  • I live racing theme there so darn fun and energetic!

  • Sounds like something out of a Banjo Kazooie game at the start. Epic.

  • Comment removed

  • Eh?

  • GXSCC =/= NES

  • Like alot of people said, not 8-Bit. But, of course, this could make a nice ringtone or SNES song.

  • they should make super mario 64 8-bit version

  • Theres lots of them.

  • wow I lOVE it! I subbed so plz sub too me too!

  • You know it doesn't work that way...

  • oh well. i still love this song

  • Have to agree. :D

  • Ok.

  • holy shit that sounds so fucking awesome

  • your right it would be funny to watch.

  • It is 8-bit. I have a game for NES that actually speaks clearly. but this isn't the 4 channel NES sounds.

  • It's too much for 8-bit, too little for 16-bit

    12-bit?

  • If there were such a thing, then yes...(I hope I'm right and there isn't a 12-bit system in existence)

  • @blackchaosshadow 12 and a half

  • @blackchaosshadow No..maybe..13 and a half bit?

  • cool, man! sounds good!

  • this would be like In a Kirby game if they put it in

  • not NES-ified!

the sounds are ok but the channels!

i mean, that many channels would overload even a snes!

  • OMG I thought that if a comment was thumbed up more then 25 times comments would be disabled

  • Now where did I put that nintendo...

  • All the sounds could probably be produced on an NES. Does it matter how many channels there are? It's for the sake of quality! If any channels were removed, it would definitely sound weird.

  • Not 8-bit... 16-bit, maybe... But still cool.

  • It's more... 14-bit...

  • @drake9980rike50 u mean 12-bit

  • That could be on Super Mario World!
