@xX0Kawaii0Xx - theres a lot of places you can get clothing like that... my guess is your in the u.s. or somewhere its just not that popular then.
in cities around in Japan(or anywhere in asia) or Europe you can go to a lot of stores and find outfits like this easy, you could probably find a lot of places online aswell that can make this for you or you can find a cosplay store near where you live (thats if they have lolita & cosplay stores where you live lol)
@DjVSchindler - im in school for fashion design my dream is to open up my own shop sell my own line of clothing, i planned to make a lot clothing like this its just hard cause i have competition here in europe
