I don't know much about her, but I believe she is sister with the other Qiao girl whom of which share similar fighting characteristics I believe, so I guess that's why Koei left her out. The real question is rather: Why did you pick this Qiao and leave the other one out...was it a coin flip...or perhaps other diabolical scheme!!!
