The PC3 is the 76 key version, the PC3x is the 88 key.

Wait....why does it take 32 detuned saws to produce a sound that a 2 oscillator VCO synth can tackle with no problem? Something seems wrong here.

So? PC3x has power of 2 KSP8s inside. This was probably a prototype model so the FX section probably wasn't quite finished.
But now when it's finished, it can do the same sick stuff as KSP8, and even more.

It takes 32 detuned saws to get a Jupiter 8 unison stack lead sound :)
Well, it could be done with 16 to have it originally as Jupiter (8 voices x 2 osc), but this is more like Andromeda then (16 voices x 2 osc)!
