You animal right fanatics are all bloody evil terrorists! You bomb and set fire to research laboratories and fur shops etc. Your actions are not supportted by the vast majority of the British population infact most British people regard you as terrorist scum!
I looked up Sequani on the internet and found out that they produce important medicines. Some of those medicines will help people with life threatening diseases like cancer and diabeties. So how many humans are going to die and suffer if you close that company down!
And another thing morton, many many products that have been deemed "safe" when tested on animals (even primates) have had negative effects in humans. So even without any animal rights considerations, testing on animals is a waste of money.
For your information it is a small minority of animal rights activists who are violent, mainly from the ALF. The majority, as proven in demo after demo after demo, are peaceful. Next time you decide to use a computer, try switching your brain on

well, i was neutral about this untill i checked the site. in the "animal welfare" section, I've lost track of how many times it reassures you it's for the good of humans. gross overstatement, these things are tested OVER and OVER and OVER again
I live in Ledbury but that day I didn't go out of the house so I didn't see the demo - it was much too cold outside! :-) Anyway, I support any fight against the testing on animals - the poor things need our protection. As I type this my dog is looking up at me with his big brown eyes! I hate any form of cruelty to animals, I really do.
ALso, I take it that he didn't mean that alleviating period pain was unnecessary (oviously a man has no right saying that etc), just the need to test those products on animals - the latter of which, I totally agree with, and other than that well said.
