Well done to those that feed their children healthy. I wish my parents had fed me more healthy in my teenage years as I was fat, sick and unhappy.

Young people need to be educated much better about healthy eating.

It is hard eating 100% raw as a teenager. My parents won't let me eat the dinner I want to "cook", so I have to have their food. Also, we do not have a huge amount of raw foods, fruits and vegetables in our house all the time. From hearing about this diet I am mostly 70-80% raw. I feel so much better from just having that.

I agree with whoever said she looks just like Emma Watson. I've never seen this girl's energy in anyone of this age before. Or hardly anyone, for that matter, whatever their age. She's a rarity. Many people have seen the need for reform in every part of the medical system, many people want to do something about it. The more people like this girl we get on our side, the closer we will come to bringing this reform to life. This IS the future!!

OH......MY......GOD!!! You really werent kidding. Her vision of a different system of healthcare is so spot on. The balance between traditional healing philosophies, holistic approaches to health, and the more modern science is absolutely the way, and is fundamental to my clinical practice. What an amazing person and a real breath of fresh air. I also love the fact that she isnt 100% (neither am i), and has no fanaticism. Just so open and real. Great vid :o)

Jody's ebook is AMAZING. I agree Matt -- delicious recipes! The amount of kitchen appliances and 'must have' food items may seem overwhelming to some, but if you enjoy 'cooking' AND great tasting food the effort is 100% worth it.

Smile raw foods already taste divine as they are, don't need to be complicated! Thank God for raw whole foods in their natural state! I see the concept of raw living foods get more and more lost overtime as people complicate things through fancy concoctions. Better than cooked but still love to see whole food appreciation. Lovely, what a great guest and video sharing. I love her green scarf and top. She seems very sophisticated and articulate for her age. However, she is growing up fast! I hope she is able to slow down and embrace these precious teenage years. I would of liked to see the energy she gets from raw foods come out her in her personality as things are so mellow here! They had to close because their landlord was selling the building. They just cater now and give hands on classes.
