@TheJustmakeitsimple Yes most times I do wish Merlin was a girl. Especially in season 4, all that flirting and courting between Merlin and Arthur. They have more chemistry than anyone on the show, and it's clear as day Arthur's in love with him and wants to spend most of his time with Merlin. I'm almost certain the writers put them in intimate scenes like this one, cause at least it's better than nothing at all... BTW notice the slow caress & grip Arthur gives Merlin when he hugs him. ;)
