i like this method of feeling crystal energy but there is such easy ways to feel the energy- no imagining or visualisation required, but a interesting way you teach to do so

I got a slow spreading electrical tingling first followed by a sudden rush of fire energy. Interesting since my main Elements are Air and Fire.

I'm going to meditate out any stress and try again over the next week or so to see what else I get.

If it hurt your arm, then you may have major blocked chakras. I recommend chakra therapy and/or Reiki. Chakras are energy outlets in the spiritual/trinity embodiment (however you want to see it). This can happen on different levels, usually chakras can become blocked because of abuse of any kind, or some kind of inner conflict. In psychology they coin it, " a conflict between the ego and superego".

Green quartz - first of all, please do not confuse it with Green calcite. I'll have to make a vid on that later. Anyhow, the difference is in how it breaks. Green quartz is definitly an earth stone, yet a crystal with energy boosting properties. Prob. really great to use in money spells!

well its a large rough piece its a light almost mint green colour, its not got that "soapy" texture that calcite has, im almost sure its quartz, it wasnt bought from an occult shop so there was no tag x x

Calcite doesn't always have a soapy texture. But it won't be "rocky", rough looking like quartz. If you found it outside, then it prob. is quartz. If not - is it tumbled? Because 9 times out of 10 calcite is tumbled via acid washes, unfort. Then it looks like glass. When green quartz is tumbled, it gets really cloudy.

ok dont think im nuts, i got it from a garden centre that has a section for fish tanks, they have a set of shelves that have "rocks" to put in the tank, i have alredy got a huge piece of rose quartz and a gorgeous chuck of florite, theres alsorts there and really cheap, so they dont sell them as crystals or whatever just rocks lol

Oh, then it is definily green quartz! Calcite wouldn't be good to put in a fish tank, it degrades easier.

DO NOT PUT FLUORITE OR CALCITE IN THE FISHTANK! Calcite will raise the pH, and fluorite will slowly leach toxic fluoride ion into the water under acidic conditions.
