@rhoggard76 Hi, right so you are talking about running molar VST, i presume.
put the VST and the pref file in your vst folder (the pref file can be opened in a text editor or word, you can adjust the settings for molar by changing this file), no need to change anything to get started. open AurduinomeSerial Host port 8000, listen port 8080, Prefix = /40h (make sure you hit enter). Open live drag Molar VST in you should see welcome to molar scroll across the screen of your bliptronome
@inductionloop im just trying to see if anything can work inside live,,, Wil sent me a lot of links i need to devour... currently i have only got the Max Test to work... nothing in Live yet, i need a Midi-Yoke type software still i guess...to go from OpenSourceSound to midi data
@rhoggard76 i see what you mean, yes you will need Midi yoke to send the information received by max from Arduinomeserial to live, eg, Press cafe, you would set the MIDI output on the max patch to MIDIYoke 1 and have a track in live to receive from MIDIYoke 1. To send the midi clock to Press Cafe, set MIDIYoke 2 output from live with the sync out active, in max set clock source External, beat clock to MIDIYoke 2 . M4 live simplifies this proses as the max patch is opened within live itself.
