In Canada 90 - 95 % of significant injuries & insurance interests are deliberately misdiagnosed & not treated or compensated. They use stereotypical clinical code/commentary to classify & render injured workers & auto accident patient - claimants. This undermines the principles of universal healthcare.

Canada was a testing ground for this Medical New York Shell game.

We are treated as bad as or worse than livestock in our 'universal' healthcare'system, yet most of the public doesn't know it

Someday, someone, is going to get TEXAS JUSTICE: When injured and denied medical treatment, pain, and disability will force someone just like Patrick to end this tyranny in Canada; Workers Compensation is psychopathic greed; People just cannot understand the OPPRESSION intentionally inflicted on injured and disabled workers; Workers Comp operates above the law, breaking criminal laws, yet is never held accountable for their crimes.

I have given up on getting any benefits from WCB aAlberta - they have the legislation rigged in their favor - 10 years no progress. I have decided to extract my pound of flesh from these corrupt "Medical Consultants" I have been encouraging people to go to RATEMDs to rate these so called medical proffessionals who write disparaging reports about injured workers for a fee - Telling the truth about them will ensure that the WCB is their only source of Income - just like the rest of us.

Was is interesting is that all those WCB are probably off on STRESS leave with PAY after that episode. They should be off with NO pay ... they don't have problems - and should deal with it with NO help like injured workers have to deal with it with NO help from NO one!

You two are good!! You are also right that 'something has to be done NOW!' compensation boards are nothing more than disposal units for disabled/injured workers who threaten their FAT BOTTOM LINE.

STAND UP AND FIGHT !!!!!!

I started to protest 3 1/2 years ago and have gotten the same response. Like I have always said suicide depression due to direct abuse from WorkSafe, WCB....

I People have no idea what we have to endure and to top it all off we get screwed by the only company there to protect us... Fight WorkSafe B.C.......

Hello Guys, Most Canadians are oblivious to the corruption that is allowed to exist in the workers compensation system;

I was denied my physicians requests or warnings, expedited medical tests? NOT - Took me 30 months to get MRI due to WCB involvement.-

This is Government controlled medical legal fraud, insurance racketeering. The Historical Meredith Agreement, known as workers compensation is DEAD, shot through the HEAD; ,,,,,,WCB is absolutely the worst bunch of BULLIES on this PLANET;

Patrick Clayton showed that he suffered Extreme Emotional Anguish,Humiliation, and developed Depression,Fear and Shame because of the way WCB treated him.Patrick Clayton is afraid that he might be prosecuted for his action by not only the courts, but by the public opinions of people who do not support him or the way he attempted to draw attention. He was asking for Help before he did what he thought was a way to get help.Remember he harmed no one at WCB, but can the same be said of the board! NO
