I read through the FAQ about how the place works, what the donation process is like, even recovery. I was hopeful, then I remembered that gay blood is bad so I had to look through the website to see what they said about gay men. Yup, still in the same category as prostitutes and junkies that share needles. The "high risk of HIV" really pisses me off.

It seems, ignorant people, who think so, exist everywhere. And they will find very different reasons to hate. Two days ago I've talked to one young man, who is nationalist, like a large part of young people in my country. He said that every conscious person must kill homosexuals or at least pressure them, because they can't make children - so because of them Ukrainian population is decreasing. Scientists aren't too worried about finding out if being gay is part of a change on the sex chromosome (born this way), but they are more concerned with cancer cures, diseases, birth defects, disabilities, etc. I'm not greatly into finding out all the research done

My Mom just showed me something off of the the television show "the Doctors", and it shows that there is a spot in the brain that is physically different in us that actually does prove that we are born this way. I want to hear about studies that are proven, otherwise its hurting the gay community by making young children believe they are now permanently different because of plastic consumption, absence of a father, etc. The people who are doing the plastics study are probably funded by some christian group trying to prove being born gay incorrect. Anyways...if u want to talk about things like this please get a tumblr or something, im sure TONS of people would follow you. But

sheeesh. when i was growin up the term gay didn't even exist, but puff did, and all the other terms. and the psh fucks on TV etc said 'homosexual'. it is hard to describe those times. the ONLY fuckin reference i had was this horrible grim film i seen on TV called--wait for it? VICTIM, starring Dirk Bogarde, about closet queens being blackmailed and committing suicide in London

@BeulahLips Umm no. For ME, if you don't like my "life style," as in my sexual orientation, then we can't be friends. I'm not going to put up with people in my life who do not approve of the way I "chose" to live. Scientists aren't too worried about finding out if being gay is part of a change on the sex chromosome (born this way), but they are more concerned with cancer cures, diseases, birth defects, disabilities, etc. I'm not greatly into finding out all the research done

@BeulahLips on gays because, honestly, I don't need proof that I was born this way, because I will always believe I was. Maybe there are environmental factors that influence some people to be gay, who knows; like I said scientists aren't geared too much towards us right now. I do know if you go onto the APA's website, you will easily find TONS and TONS of studies on gays. And you'll find from psychologists perspective that we were in fact, born this way. But then again pyschological research

@BeulahLips research isn't 100% accurate. But to me? It easily suffices. Oh and back to the enviornmental factors....I'm not sure that a penguin (or any animal) would have that many different environmental factors than another that would influence them to be gay.
Oh and yes I don't refer to everyone who disagrees as a hater a bigot or ignorant. Maybe if you were gay yourself, and went through the things we have gone through you might realize we refer to ignorant people as those who

its the WONDERFUL people like you that make us in the younger generation be able to be friends with "Gays/bi's/pan/ect." and make us realize that we are all just people and that when people put us down because of the "Sex" of the persons we love that the haters are just too pig headed to understand how stupid and ignorant they actually sound :) i myself am pan-sexual so to me a person is a person no matter what their sex is or what their sexual orientation is :) and everyone i have met so far

Very good point to make. It's crazy how there are so many lies that people keep regurgitating(sp), and how little time it really takes to get educated. My Mom just showed me something off of the the television show "the Doctors", and it shows that there is a spot in the brain that is physically different in us that actually does prove that we are born this way. If people would spend more time learning and less time hating, this world would be so much nicer :) Thanks for the vid bro. Take care :)
