@valin771 Not just injuries, but the fact that China ran him into the ground because he was a political symbol to them more than a basketball player or sports hero.
If he would have been allowed to just play at the highest level like the rest of the league's stars, he would have been dominant. But he never got to rest. That's why he was always fatigued 8 minutes into each game. China actually ruined their greatest star.

Yao in his prime would probably be 07. he avg 25 ppg and I think that Yao is better than every other center at free throws at 87%, better than centers like Ben Wallace who prolly is around the high 40%? in the free throw department, so y'all stop hating on Yao. most def gonna be a hall of famer in years to come!
