Thin crispy crust rules! I don't eat pizza for the thick dough...thin crispy lets you enjoy the tastes of the toppings more...and my mouth is runnin like a leaky faucet...))
I eat Aussie pizzas everyday of my life. I couldnt imagine just ham and cheese without the egg & bacon, perhaps the texans would like this manly pizza too! The crust is not as thin as New York but not as thick as Chicago, that's just ridiculous!
What sucks about this? I work at a pizzeria making pizzas and ill be stuck watching them all day and can eat one at all.... Which sucks after this video makes you hungry.......
@honeytgb Yeah... "We got it right" is a very arrogant statement. While New York pizza may be the original, Chicago pizza is still good, even if it isn't pizza.
New York style and Chicago style are both cheap imtations, nothing compared to the real thing. There is only ONE true style. Take a trip to Pizzeria Da Michele in central Naples and see what I'm talking about. Often imitated, never duplicated.
@onenonlyprincess2 Even though I have never been to Chicago, I have to lean toward Chicago Style. If I wanted New York style I could buy some crackers, sauce and cheese and duplicate it easily.
@PhilsMovies Obviously you have never had a real NY pizza. Trust me there are some pizzerias in NY that charge $5 a slice because the ingredients to make the pizza are brought over right from Italy. I like Chicage style Pizza but cannot campare to NY
I grew up with a mom who could make the BEST deep dish pizza by hand, yet she couldn't eat it cos it was too doughwy. She could only eat super thin crust, with light sauce. I worked at a Pizza Hut when I was younger,, back when we had to make ALL the dough by hand daily. I learned to appreciate both the thin crust AND deep dish in their own right. And I was best at making real hand tossed crust. With that said, the best pizza is in Brooklyn and Piccola Italia in NYC, hands down.

Chicago didn't invent shit.....Sicilian Pizza has been around way before their so called deep dish. Score another point for Italy and the East Coast.

It doesn't really matter to me where it's from or where it originated from or even what style it is, just as long as it tastes good. ;)

@PhilsMovies And similarly if I wanted Chicago, I could take a loaf of bread and throw some cheese and tomato sauce on.
