  • wow that really helped

  • My echo 1 scar when i try to shoot it, none thing happens. I can hear something try to move but other than that none thing will happen. I tried raising the motor but when i do that i hear none thing. when i lower it i hear a very lout screeching sound. Any help/

  • @MrSnowmayne101 Have you tried to fire on FUll-Auto? Because otherwise, you have a Gear-Jam (The Gears are caught in the wrong position by the Anti-Reversal Latch, and they turn off the Power for Semi_Auto

  • @MrSnowmayne101 locked up gearbox. take the motor out and pull the anti reversal latch so it cycles. otherwise give it to an airsmith

  • hey ive tried this before but when i screw the bottom, now it doesnt push the motor high enough to shoot properly. it still makes that lazer sound. So, i took the bottom cap off, and placed a sheet of paper and put the cap back on so that it would raise the motor up enough to work. so now it works fine but i dont know if this may ruin my gun later on...

  • if its too high or too low, would it affect the fps of the gun?

  • @derekpua well fps is affected by the spring, barrel, pretty much anything that deals with the airflow. so no

  • @xXRequiremXx Check if any wires are constricting it, or get a new grip to prevent it. I just got an ergo grip for my m4 and it works awesome.

  • the hole in the bottom of my pistol grip looks too small to fit any size hex screw. I've tried REALLY small ones, but they dont fit. Help?

  • @xXRequiremXx you might need a 1.5mm or a 2mm hex wrench.

  • hey can u guys make a video on swapping out the motors for an m4 cuz im looking all over utube and other site and they dont rreally explain on how the put it on

    plz reply

  • ill try my best to explain...take the 2 screws out of either side of the motor plate then u will see the motor. remove the wires (and take note of how the wires are arranged inside.) remove the motor, insert new motor BEING SURE that the positive terminal of the motor is facing the Front of the gun (aka towards barrel) connect the wires to designated terminals, and last put the motor plate on, adjust and your done...simple as that.

  • mtgmt, unfortunately there is never a specific height that can encompass all replicas. This is why the tech in the video was suggesting that users pay close attention to the sound. In truth, the only real way of knowing your motor height is properly set is by the sound of the replica. :-)

  • that totally sucked, thats like saying you need to find the common adjustment for your cars rear end gears DUH we know that, but is it a specific MM height? i mean this was worthless told you nothing about what that proper adjustment is. its be nice to hear " from the factory the screw is turned in 5-6 times, or for a proper starting point turn the screw in all the way then back out 9-10 turns to find a starting point" that is at least some techy info not that crap they played

  • Car rear ends are not adjust with 5 or 6 turns or shims on the pinion. You have to adjust the back lash on the differential the same way except one might use paint to check gear mesh. (applicable to motor pinion gear and bevel gear also) but the sound is much easier, as it is not as precise (or expensive) as a rear end.

  • man i wish i would have seen this video b4 i lost the bottom if my pistol grip now i have to pay 20$

  • Also this is just curisity. Does echo 1 coment on there vids?

  • does anyone know how to fix a gun that keeps shooting up with hop up all the way down

  • Yeah. Get a new hop up or return to sender. your hop up was assembled wrong and needs to be fixed. Its an easy fix, if you know hat your doing. If not. I suggest you find someone who can help you further.

  • take apart the hop up unit. clean/inspect parts. buy as needed. clean barrel. reassemble.

  • isn't dry firing horrible for your rifle though?

  • Long term full auto yes. Its actually recomended to fire your gun single shot "dry" 3 times after each game. to reset the spring.

  • Its actually better... when the air that is created by the force of pressure from the piston when it hits a bb it kind off back fires and the air goes every where. When the is no bb chambered the air goes straight and disperses I'm sure there are ways that it can be bad... But I guess thats why it's good.

  • this would of saved my friends a gun or two.. thanks

  • First!

Just kidding, Great video echo 1! Would love to see alot more of these to help with the airsoft world.

After all, not everyone is really goodinto internals
