I did this but I think there is one problem for woman.During her kicking if the opponent pull back his gun she can not hold becoz generally women's left hand is weak.Women must be taught to hold very tightly.
@casperfiol2: to be honest. You wouldn't have a chance to react. It's fast and she's teaching, so she's going slow. Stuff works, if it didn't they wouldn't teach it sir.
to be honest, the technique's quite amazing but she leaves way too many openings, id put my knees up if they wanted to kck my balls, its just a normal reaction, plus if u get one of my hands ill strike you with the other one on the face, you dont have a guard up or anything, both hands to the gun in that angle is not a good idea... in my opinion
@casperfiol2 come on dude she is teaching thats y it looks that easy. turning, grabbing of the hand and the groin kick is suppose to b one motion. u striking with the other hand not that easy after takin a groin kick or a knee. her right hand on shoulder and and her arm on ur chest or neck will throw u off balance. will only take half or may b 1 sec of some 1 being off balance and they r done.
@casperfiol2 u don't have to take the gun out of persons hand right away but hammer fist to the face or couple of elbows will give the person enough time to do what is needed.
@casperfiol2 She's obviously doing this slowly for demonstration. In a "Real World" situation you're obviously doing this as a last resort - rather the attacker gets your wallet and phone than your life, but if you HAVE to do this, it's very fast explosive action - attacker won't have a chance to react
what is good is that the vidio shows in slow motion how to do the movement-many vidios go full speed and are a wast of time-whitewolf "speed of light"
Great video except that it was cut too short. Somebody was explaining about why you don't put your finger on the trigger during training and they were cut off. I believe that it was an important safety tip.
dude some1 tried to rob me with a desert eagle and failed miserably because some guy that was at the street at time got him in a sleeper hold with out him noticing now that was a close call
:D I learned this move! But that's a fancy Krav Maga training area. So um....yep, cool vid! I didn't learn the disarm, but the REAL disarm is to "destroy the operator."

Nice technique.I love Krav maga.I did boxing and thai boxing but krav maga is excellent.

be careful you have all 4 fingers on the barrel and not in the line of fire. the man with the gun will likely tense up and the gun may fire.
