no u can pick any color with the eyedropper tool but green or blue are the best colors to use because they are one of the farthest color from the human skin tone (white or black skin tone) and one of the most abundant color to find especially if you have a homemade greenscreen
what OS are you using? is it WinXP?
i think the Pinnacle Studio is only for Vista.
