correct me if im wrong but this this how the endings vary. 1. get your partner (jill/chris) out of jail to get medium ending. 2. trust your comrade (rebecca/barry) to get good ending. 3. do none of the above to get the bad lonely ending. my question is how do i face the tyrant at the end and destroy the mansion?? i only defeated the game once and got the medium ending.

@thedesklauncher I think you answered your own question with #2, I bough the game for $10 on the PS3 and I accepted all Rebecca's offers for help, (I was playing as Chris), then when I defeated the Tyrant for the first time, I went up to a computer or something and unlocked the door. Then Rebecca said she was gonna blow the place up, so I saved Jill and got the F- out of there, with the boss fight of course. The game I was playing was the Director's Cut, so I'm not sure if you play the same.

not a single one of these all by themseleves are the canon ending. the canon ending is that chris, jill, barry and rebecca all board the helicopter and escape the estate's explosion. the canon story is a combination of both chris and jill's scenarios. people will keep asking what the canon ending is till the end of time though, sheesh!
