Ummmmm mine is a piece of crap and already has the apple simple up, the i go to rest it and it turns off. So I turn it on again but the damb logo turns up again. how do i make it work before i kill the people at apple

Ummmm, You could restoring it through itunes, if that doesn't work then you will have to contact Apple.
