Lol you'll get used to it after a couple of days, there are some english text in the game for example in the menu right above the panel it will say either "Free Battle" or "Story" i cant remember that much, but the announcer speaks some english i think

during story mode you will randomly do missions to get coins for the lottery at the end.

and when i mean randomly i mean a mission willl come out randomly and you use those coins for the lottery then you will get a chance to get a character.

its very annoying

well you can either import it from japan and use a freeloader on your gamecube, OR you can download it, burn it, and mod or use twilight hack on the wii and play
